I have been suffering from diabetes for about 8 years and had been on medical drugs until recently. My sugar level had never been less than 10mmol/L. My eyesight has been affected and I have use glasses for reading. For about three months during the consumption of Crypto and Genkolin, there was a lot of improvement in my health generally. I did not feel so tired and sleepy. In fact, I feel more energetic. However, initially my sugar level began to shoot up continuously and at one time it was at 22.3mmol/L. But my friend assured me that this was normal. I was not to worry but was to continue taking Crypto. My doctor used to scold me for not controlling my diet. Last month, my blood sugar level dropped from 22.5mmol/L to 13mmol/L and then to 10mmol/L. The reading now is 7mmol/L, which had never happened to me. The doctor has reduced my medical dosage and has asked me to go for more frequent tests. If my sugar level stays or improves, I may not have to continue with the medical drugs any more. Finally, I believe in what Crypto can do for diabetics and I am happy I was introduced to Crypto. I shall continue consuming this fabulous food because it is so helpful to me - thanks to Crypto.
